2. Bestilling og betaling
Alle priser på webshoppen er angivet i Danish kroner (DKK) / Euro (EUR) og er eksklusiv moms. Når du afgiver en ordre, modtager du en ordrebekræftelse via e-mail. Betaling kan ske via f.eks. Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal
3. Produktion og levering
Vores produkter fremstilles on-demand af vores samarbejdspartner, Printful.
- Produktionstid: Det tager typisk 2-7 hverdage at fremstille produktet.
- Leveringstid: Afhænger af din kundes placering, men leveringstiden er generelt 3-15 hverdage efter produktion.
- Forsendelse: Pakker sendes med forskellige fragtfirmaer afhængigt af destinationen.
4. Fortrydelsesret
Når du handler hos os, er produkterne specialfremstillede og printes først, når ordren er placeret. Ifølge Lov om forbrugeraftaler (§ 18, stk. 2) er der ikke fortrydelsesret på varer, der er fremstillet efter forbrugerens specifikationer eller har et klart personligt præg.
Ordrer kan kun annulleres, hvis produktionen endnu ikke er igangsat.
5. Reklamation (Fejl og mangler)
Vi samarbejder med Printful, der kvalitetssikrer alle ordrer. Skulle et produkt alligevel ankomme i beskadiget stand, eller hvis der er trykfejl, skal der tages billeder af problemet.
- Reklamationer skal indsendes til os senest 14 dage efter modtagelsen.
- Send en mail med billeddokumentation til support@tupilak.net, så sørger vi for at få en gratis ombytning eller refundering igennem hos Printful.
6. Forkerte adresser og uafhentede pakker
Hvis kunden indtaster en forkert leveringsadresse, eller pakken ikke afhentes på posthuset og returneres til Printful, vil kunden ofte blive opkrævet et gebyr for genforsendelse, da produkterne printes på ny. Hvis pakken ikke kan leveres, doneres den i nogle tilfælde til velgørenhed, uden at ordren refunderes.
7. Persondatapolitik
Vi indsamler og behandler kun de nødvendige oplysninger (navn, adresse, e-mail) for at kunne levere ordren til Printful, der varetager pakning og forsendelse.

2. Ordering and Payment
All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) / Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment can be made via options such as Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
3. Production and Delivery
Our products are manufactured on-demand by our partner, Printful.
- Fulfillment time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to produce the item.
- Shipping time: Depends on the destination, but delivery is generally 3–15 business days following fulfillment.
- Shipping: Packages are shipped using various carriers depending on the destination.
4. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
When shopping with us, items are custom-made and printed only once an order is placed. In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Section 18, Subsection 2), there is no right of withdrawal on goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet begun.
5. Claims and Complaints (Defects and Damages)
We partner with Printful, who quality checks every order. Should an item arrive damaged or with a printing defect, photographic evidence of the issue is required.
Claims must be submitted to us no later than 14 days after receipt.
Please email photo documentation to support@tupilak.net, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund through Printful.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, or if the package is not collected from the post office/pickup point and returned to Printful, the customer will typically be charged a reshipment fee, as items may need to be reprinted. If a package cannot be delivered, it may in some cases be donated to charity without an order refund.
7. Privacy Policy
We only collect and process the necessary information (name, address, email) required to fulfill and pass the order to Printful, who handles production, packaging, and shipping.
